How it works

Kindred's Leadership Coaching is available in two formats:

One-on-One Coaching — a dedicated coaching relationship between you and Pearl Mensah, Founder of Kindred Consulting Group. Sessions are 60 minutes, held virtually via Zoom, and structured around your specific goals, challenges, and stage of business growth. You set the agenda. We do the work.

Group Coaching — Build & Thrive — our flagship 4-week group coaching programme for entrepreneurs who want the experience of being coached alongside a community of people building exactly like they are. Practical, structured, and designed to produce real results in four weeks.

Who coaches you

Pearl Mensah is a human resources and leadership professional with over a decade of experience working with organisations across Ghana and the United States — including roles at Citibank, DoorDash, Cushman & Wakefield, and the State of Alaska. She holds a SHRM-CP certification and is currently pursuing a Master's in Legal Studies at Texas A&M School of Law.

Pearl brings the rigour of corporate HR, the warmth of someone who has built her own business from scratch, and the directness of a coach who will not let you stay comfortable in the wrong place.
